Refund & Return Policy

At Southern Sass Supply, we take pride in carefully packaging each order with love and attention to detail 💕

Because many of our items are personal care products and curated bundles, we do not accept general returns or exchanges.


📦 Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, we’ve got you covered.

Please contact us within 5 business days of delivery at:

Include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the item

  • Photos of the packaging

Once reviewed, we’ll make it right with a replacement or store credit.


⚠️ Non-Refundable Situations

We are unable to offer refunds or replacements for:

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses entered at checkout

  • Orders marked as “delivered” by the carrier

  • Packages lost or delayed in transit (claims must be filed with the carrier)

  • Normal variations in handmade or curated items


⏳ Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, as long as they have not already been processed or shipped.


💖 Final Sale Items

All items are considered final sale once processed and shipped.

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Change of mind

  • Misreading product descriptions
