Because many of our items are personal care products and curated bundles, we do not accept general returns or exchanges.
📦 Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, we’ve got you covered.

Once reviewed, we’ll make it right with a replacement or store credit.
⚠️ Non-Refundable Situations
We are unable to offer refunds or replacements for:

Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses entered at checkout

Orders marked as “delivered” by the carrier

Packages lost or delayed in transit (claims must be filed with the carrier)

Normal variations in handmade or curated items
⏳ Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, as long as they have not already been processed or shipped.

All items are considered final sale once processed and shipped.
