Game Format Notice

All game purchases (Mystery Balls, Mega Balls, Baby + Me Gender Reveal, Lellon’s Bracelet Scoop) are digital-interactive games opened during live streams or recorded videos. No physical ball is shipped. Only the prize revealed during gameplay is shipped.

All Sales Final / No Refunds

Due to the surprise nature of our interactive games, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. No refunds are issued for buyer's remorse, misunderstanding of the game, unauthorized purchases by minors, or failure to read product descriptions.

Parental Permission Clause

If a minor places an order without parental consent, responsibility lies with the cardholder for securing their payment method. Southern Sass Supply LLC is not liable for orders placed without guardian permission.

Chargeback Policy

Filing a chargeback for a valid purchase is considered fraud. Southern Sass Supply LLC provides tracking, order receipts, delivery confirmation, and gameplay evidence. Customers agree to contact us directly to resolve any concerns BEFORE initiating a chargeback.

2. Southern Sass opens the ball/scoop live or on video.
3. Slip inside reveals prize.
4. Prize is shipped to the customer (not the ball or capsule).
