Shipping Policy

Orders ship within 3–5 business days unless otherwise stated. Pre-order or custom items may take longer (we’ll always let you know up front). Once a package leaves our hands, we are not responsible for delays caused by carriers.

Refund Policy

  • Due to the nature of games, custom products, and hygiene-related items, all sales are final.

  • If a product arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery for a replacement or store credit.
